Kona Grill is committed to sourcing exclusively cage-free eggs (inclusive of shell, liquid, and ingredient eggs) for all locations by 2024. As of March 2024, 50% of our total egg volume comes from cage-free sources. The path towards this commitment, albeit in the most challenging of times for sourcing, was created by The ONE Group leadership, and was not influenced by outside sources.
