Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Kona Grill, there may be some limitations. Below are descriptions of known limitations. Please contact us at privacy@togrp.com if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for Kona Grill:

  1. WCAG 1.3 Adaptable

a. Some items with the same name need to be wrapped inside a field-set.

b. Some form controls are missing labels, which could cause issues for people using assistive technology.

c. Some tables are missing headers. This could cause issues with screen readers being able to identify certain elements of a table. This code is from 3rd party software, so can’t be directly edited.

d. Some text styled as a heading is not labeled as such. This could confuse some users that rely on assistive technology to navigate sections of websites.

2. WCAG 3.3 Input Assistance

a. Some areas that require user input do not provide instructions

b. Some forms do not have audible user errors read out by the screen reader.

4. WCAG 4.1.2 Screen reader friendly

a. Some screen readers might have trouble reading certain elements from this website. We are currently researching this issue, as Apple Voiceover seems to read out all components with little issue.

Action being taken

We are working with an external team to address these issues plus refining the site in other areas for accessibility. We plan to resolve the above issues by May 2025 and will retest for accessibility regularly.

In the meantime, if you encounter any accessibility limitations while using our website please contact us via email at this address: privacy@togrp.com.
